I know a lot of people have jobs where they see favoritism and certain people getting special treatment while their hard work is going unnoticed I can sympathize with that and my advice is to always stay focus and don't et your emotions get the best of you #careers

It's true! I would also learn why certain people are being showed favoritism. Some employers may like another person's initiative or positive attitude. If there's something specific you can see, try to emulate those skills yourself. If, however, another employee is a favorite for personal reasons (friendship, etc), don't take it personally - just do your best work!
