Focus on customer Service first and foremost. And look for opportunities for advancement, such as team leader or assistant manager positions. And let your supervisor know your interested in moving up in the company, asking for ideas and advice on what skills you would need

Greet the customers! Ask if they need any help and did they find everything. Package things food with food and chemicals with chemicals. Answer questions if asked or get help when needed.
