What do I wear???
Not really sure what to wear to these things. Anyone know what I should wear for a job fair? Is a dress ok? What about my makeup?? I heard you shouldn't wear any cuz it might not look like to much or somethin. Can anybody help me out?

I would not wear jeans and make sure to dress nicely as if it was an interview. Dress to impress. Don't wear anything that has rips, tears, is stained. Grab stuff from a thrift store if you have to because I know not everyone can afford new things. I know I can't all the time. I have found some great things at Goodwill before. I hope things go well for you Shaniqua.

Hi Shaniqua Renalds no worries, it's a lot to think about! I would take a look at [this post] (https://www.jobcase.com/conversations/9c344981-aa8c-58f6-966a-6a2526db420fy) on some ideas for outfits. When you're doing your makeup for a job interview, think soft and natural. Overall, a good rule of thumb is to choose shades within a close range of your skin tone. You want to make a good impression without overdoing it. It's better to blend in than it is to stand out by overdoing and wearing too much makeup. I hope that helps! Let me know if you need anything else : ) Good luck!!
Hi there, I'm a recruiter and i host job fairs a lot. You should always dress conservatively to a job fair as they tend to do a lot of interviews on the spot. So a dress is fine, as long as it is not too short or low cut. Also a suit or trousers and a smart top are ok. Details are important to create a good impression so be sure to be clean and tidy and make up probably should be worn but low-key, no bright red lipstick for example - keep it natural. Overall though, be yourself and appear confident and I'm sure you will ace it!! Best of luck to you.
