This dad needed my help
I was working a shift the other day at CVS (I’m retired but do it to get out of the house) and a man walked into the store. He went to the feminine hygiene products and looked so confused! He was on his phone googling things looking at every product. I walked up and asked if he needed help with anything and he explained to me that he was a single father with a teenage daughter who sent him to get her tampons! He had no idea there were so many options and what to get her. I had him text her asking what she preferred and got it for him .. AND a bag of chocolate!!! I’m glad I was there to help because he would not have known what to do.

very nice of you. great customer service

Bless his heart, she's lucky she has him.

Hi. That was nice of you, but also your job. It's customer service.....

My husband does the shopping for all the girls in the house including me sometimes. Anyways funny story but to make short he does the same thing every time now the girls laugh at him because he knows more about them than they do.

Aww you did great! I'm sure he definitely appreciated that or he'd still be at that aisle looking at feminine products LOL

Wow thank God you were there!

Great job Kristi. You can always consider providing consulting services on a part-time basis.

Same experience with same company.
Dad also asked for help with cosmetics for his daughter. For ages he would thank me whenever he was in the store. Store Management complained that I was 'spending too much time with customer and should have been at the register" although there were 3 cashiers on duty.

I was a single dad, so I know how he felt. Thank you for helping him!
