I applied for a Customer Service Technical Support position. I was 2 point short of passing the technical part. My rep ask the supervisor since I ace the other test could I have the job. They gave me the job I filled out my background and was waiting on drug test. After a week wait, I was finally told that people did better than me on the technical part and I did not have the job. I am working on my MBA, no I do not know a lot about Microsoft 2003 because I use a higher one. But what disappoints me the most is that know one called and told me the truth and the manager went back on her word.
