I've collected payments from clients home in different cities on debits, assist clients on phones and reminder calls when payments due or debit payment over phone. Trained agents in the field, sales and recruit. Deliver policies and recieve information from clients to fill in application and surveys. Filing paper work, faxing and copied documents.
