It's a great place to work, as long as you do your job. They do have favorites, lots of nepotism, they don't follow protocol when it comes to disciplinary action on officers. They seem to follow their own rules set forth by the higher up in the facility. The moral is of the lowest kind, the management team needs work and shift supervisors need to care more about the well being of officers instead of the inmate population. Detainees are treated with more respect than officers.
