
What does it take to become a Customer Service?

Patience, desire to help others, tough skin, ability to let things roll off of your back, sense of humor, a good attitude and the ability to LET IT GO!

You absolutely need to be a people person, have a great attitude towards every situation and know how to speak to people. Among these many other very important things that I see in the previous comments! Anyone can, with the right attitude and dedication.

Patience. Knowledge of subject you are dealing w/. Very even temperament.

Dedication to the Job, willingness to go that extra mile for the customer,

Must be friendly, a people person. When speaking with customers it is best to be clear especially when it comes to providing information and service they need or calling for. Listen, be attentive, Problem solving.

Patience and passion to help others

Not much, just apply, it's a entry level position.

Be a personable person, but be able to manage your time.

You have to be obsessed about the customer and put their needs first. This is what keeps them being your customer since anyone else can provide the service or product.
You must enjoy helping others.you must have a great attitude,you must remain calm throughout the call.smile,although they can't see you,have it in your tone.
