What I loved working at #FrozenFoodExpressoutofDallasTX
They are a family run trucking business and they made every employee feel like a family member. They gave me extra training on backing that big rig, they gave me 2500 - 3000 miles a week when I asked for that many miles. The dispatchers and your immediate fleet manager were your closest pals if you wanted to stay out on the road and make money. They understood when you wanted to go home and see your "real" family. They would get you a load in that direction and let you visit for a few days or longer. Their main focus was on "you" the driver, and on "you" getting your pickups and deliveries "on-time". I loved this company. They were helpful in everyway they could be. They paid for the bus ride to Texas, they paid for time spent in their training. If you needed to get back home for some reason they would work with you to get you there. I absolutely loved this company.
it is great knowing that there are companies like that. i have worked for places where supervisors were drunk, always mad , non supportive , out of control ego maniac and the work environment felt like a war zone. i refuse to give my effort time and talent to a place that returns them with ridicule hate and rejection as a result the work environment is disfunctional at best
