What kinds of benefits does Lowe's offer their employees?

It depends on your state

Hi Peter It varies by state and by role. FT Exempt employees enjoy a greater range of benefits, from bonuses, equity grants, employer paid short and long term disability. As well as great health, dental and vision. FT Non-exempt can expect good to great medical, dental and vision. Other benefits can be added at a better than market rate but paid by the employee. All hourly employees are eligible for a quarterly bonus ranging from $150-$1200. PT non-exempt varies by state as some states require FT benefits at low hour thresholds. Other states offer a heavily diluted version of FT benefits with a portion of the benefits cost being shared by the employee. Hope this helps! They’re a good company… I really enjoyed my 10+ plus years there.
