The Job Seeker Dilemma..“Should I take this job offer now until I find something better?”
I don’t want to become a job hopper but I hate to see myself stuck in a dead end job for who knows how long.

I know how you feel, but I learned some money is better than no money and stressing over bills. Now if you're good financially and can wait to get what you want then, by all means do so prepare for the job you want. But weigh it out. If all your money is going out and not being replenished you have to make a decision.

Being employed is more than just a means to an end. Don't look at it as a dead end but focus on new skills, new relationships, and the income.

Most every "better" opportunity will want to know WHY you're trying to leave your current position - which would be the one that has apparently given you an offer. As long as you can present a solid answer to that question, then go ahead and take the job. Who knows, it might not BE a "dead end job"
