Since I have my Associate in Human Service with Mental Health, I try to stay cool and still try to be respectful to the person give me trouble. I am going to be honest sometime it was hard and when it got out of hand I would call one of the head cashier to deal with customer. I am only human and sometimes it was hard because it was over minor stuff.
