Are you referring to the Report button in the upper right hand corner of every conversation and comment? You can click that button if you see inappropriate, abusive or scam content. When you do, a Jobcase Team Member will review your report and take necessary actions to ensure a safe and scam free community. The flag is just a visual aide and is part of the Report button.
