What you want does not exist!
When people search for jobs in the traditional manner it becomes very frustrating. The reason is because jobs as we know it do not exist. When you look at how millennials behave they look for opportunity. They are not looking for a guaranteed pay check. They want something that fits their lifestyle for right now and when that changes they want to move on. Employers are more than happy with this arrangement. A job is a guaranteed pay check. It does not matter if you do good or bad. This is no longer the norm. As an unemployed person you spend hours each day looking for a "job" Jobs do not exist any longer. What if you spent the same amount of time looking for paying customers? While I feel every ones frustration it is hard to understand why people want to force the old method to work and don't adopt what the new workforce really is. Please let me know why you are continually looking for a job that does not exist instead of creating your own job. Please respond to wbarr22@gmail.com

I have always wanted to do this but have no idea where to begin.
I don't think I understand. There are still "jobs." Not everyone can work for themselves. Plus, if they did, what would happen to everything else that we need people working for us to get what we need - servers, cashiers, customer service people. And who would deliver our mail, Amazon packages, etc? We still need people working these jobs!
