Job Summary

Our Home Health Agency is in need of an RN/LPN to care for patient in the Baltimore area. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about in home patient care.

Responsibilities to include:

Provide 1 to 1 care for patient Assessment Medication administration Documentation Requirements to include:

1 year clinical experience outside of school Confidence to work independently Unrestricted nursing license Valid CPR/BLS GT experience required Available shifts:
