Compass opened up my eyes to understand a career path vs a job. I worked as a cook & didn't ever think a company would let me bring my original recipes. My 1st taste of competition cooking was taught to me. I got a chance to work with foods I'd never would have come across. I'm grateful for what I've learned and become because of them.
