Are there any work from home jobs where the employee is not tied to a phone or headset? I would love to utilize my customer service skills in a setting that is different from a call center environment.

@Joy McKenzie that's an interesting question. Most WFH customer service roles do require you to take calls for most of the job. I don't know if there is a similar role where you would answer emails or do data entry to help customers with their issues. Are you looking for a WFH position that you could utilize your communication skills?
