My dream job is... Traveling undercover CNA

I would like to be an undercover CNA. I could tell employers where their CNA'S could use improvement and if they are treating our elderly community/ or anyone that requires our help with dignity and respect. Also if they're there to help the company or break the company.

I have worked at some places that the employees took hour long lunch breaks even though they were slotted foe.5 hour lunch. Employees who couldn't put their phones down. Employees who only wanted to make some money. Not great values in my book.

These residents, clients, patients / individuals deserve more. #healthcare

Caring for others is a vocation, not some job. All too often, people with the wrong perspective go into healthcare because someone else told them that "it's good money". Alas, that's what the hooker told the judge when he asked why was she turning tricks.

Good money only comes from skill and dedication. A clear mind and a work ethic are essential for the job. If you like to be on the phone so much, get a job in a call center. If you are going to warehouse people and ignore their pleas, become a correctional officer. If you want to make money, go to college, endure sacrifices, and hustle your way to the top!

My wife has worked as dialysis a technician for 32 years. A new hire had the cheek to tell her that she's been on the job longer than he's been alive. Dialysis is back-breaking work, 12 hours a day, 3 days a week. You don't put in 32 years, nay, not even a year if you aren't willing to answer that call. Discern your call, young people, and you'll work long and retire blessed.

Yes it does. Especially affecting the employees that truly care for their patients and have to carry the non workers.

Erin, that would be a fabulous job. It’s sad that there are places it is really needed.

Hi Erin, LUV your dream job mission. Is this an actual job? I've never heard of an Undercover CNA but I can definitely see how a need for having people in these would be incredibly important.

I also tried a job search using the keywords "Undercover CNA" but couldn't produce a query showing jobs with related results.

Is this the official job title?

Share some more details when you have an opportunity and we'll search for solid job leads for you. I would also be interested in creating more awareness around Undercover CNA careers. Thanks Erin :-)
