Estimated salary $67K Wireless Company - full time-permanent (salaried) position based in Rocky Hill, CT.

Position Overview:

The Director of Training must be able to think strategically in developing training programs, purchasing new technology to support the organization’s training efforts, working with Verizon and our other Vendors/Partners, and building a productive relationship with our Parent Company’s Training Team. The Director of Training has four main areas of responsibility: 1) Development of a strategic training program 2) In-store training as an individual contributor, plus overseeing other company trainers 3) Supervise existing Corporate Trainer 4) Lead Corporate training activities i.e. RFD Meetings, New Franchisee Training etc.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 2-4 years’ experience training in a wireless retail environment Ability to motivate people and gain “buy-in” Strong personal sales skills Clear and effective written, verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience with stand-up presentations and training in a one on one and group environment In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
