Were are the jobs at then??
I keep on applying for targets positions and I get back reply's from target saying they have no available positions . All these jobs sites I have keep sending me email saying they are hiring and I keep applying and still target reply's back saying no available positions..

A lot of times big companies will place ads for open positions when in fact there are no open positions. They do this to obtain a pool of 'talent' that they can use in the event they actually do need to hire someone. It sucks. I know.

Omar,
Most companies leave their employment available on websites for about a month before it expires. The absolute best way to know if a company is hiring or not is to show up in person and ask for a manager.
The manager will tell you if they have any positions or not.
Because of frequent position turn over many companies simply keep their want ads current.Talk to the State Employment Agency about the positions your applying for to see if there is specific training you can get through them or a sponsored agency. Take time when your in the store to get to know the employees and managers. Best case scenario an employee in good standing with management gives you a referral or character reference. Worst case you widen your network to hear of other available positions in the community. You may even land a job you will like better than the Target job.
