Refunding Customers

When a client insist for you to return cash for any reason in order to recompense a mistake, The customer should not be granted this. I worked with at a gas station clerk who had was selling car wash tickets. She was mad at the fact that as a cashier I have always stuck to phrase the customer is always right. It makes more sense if the clients do not get their refund because you already know the quality of product that you are marketing.

Larry - I have always tried to double check with my managers to see what to do in a situation like this. Each situation can have a bunch of different circumstances, and I always want to make sure that the customer is as satisfied as they can be!
