Plant Manager at Work H Istory

References, inquiries

Hi all! I'm here as I am helping my husband, with this never expected endeavor. My husband has sent a resumes to some employers that we have rec'd a lead that they need someone. I must admit 2/w of them have been right up his alley and his skill set....he has not had so much as even a nibble....I know it's tough out there but It seems weird to me and I don't have a good feeling about it. There were some hurt feelings when he was 'resigned' ....no harshness or anything like that, mainly shock....but he did has issue with the regional managers pet. How could we find out what "reference info' and what tone they are using? Any suggestions, are appreciated!

Well you could have someone call them, ask questions like they are checking him out for employment, and record the responses.

I have first hand experience with this form of problem. I was being black listed by an old employer because I was being harassed by the employer and quit so he told employers calling all sorts of lies about me. I know this for a fact because I had one of my mothers friends call him posing as an employer and we heard what he was saying to prove it. I then filed a complaint with the D.O.L. and E.E.O.C. and they could not do anything about it because he had less than fifteen employee's.

I recommend you take any job even for no pay. If employed he is more likely to find a new paying job Go to TAPROOTPLUS find a pro-bono job

Well....they shouldn't be saying anything more than his dates of employment really. I don't think there's a way to find out what they are actually saying though.
