Like it or not,! when you go on an interview, you are going to be looked over from head to toe, listened to every word you speak and of course...are you smiling??? Just remember, this is also the time when YOU get to interview THEM! Look how things are organized, " be aware of your surroundings". How do the employees treat the supervisor? Are they respectful?
