What a cruel job
Well truck driving is a cruel job to have. I've been driving 19 years never had a accident until in November of last year. Had a roll over in the dark in the rain. Company let me go and now nobody will hire me!!! So much for a 19 year career! Does a company that will anybody know of a company that will hire me with this one accident??
It's more of an insurance issue with most companies. And honestly I have seen drivers who failed a drug screen get back on the road faster then a driver with a roll over

Try smaller companies they're more likely to hire you. Also consider getting a jockey gig for a while until enough time has passed where you can get back on the road.
Buy your own truck or try for a lease/purchase option.

Depends on the situation but yeah good luck honestly. I had that same problem after a blow over on i80 in Utah. You may have to to go to a smaller company. Get all your endorsements and keep trying. Someone will say yes.
