I was hoping to stay with BFI3 in DuPont WA. Unfortunately they let me go after my seasonal hiring. I applied for conversion but received a letter saying they were not hiring. I do not understand because many associates have moved on and my Supervisors highly recommended me. I am ready to replace one of those associates. Many associates leave early or after their lunch break and do not stay their entire shift. I would love to be part of the team again and be there to complete the work when everyone else goes home early.

Hi Cullen Dewees - I am sorry to hear that! I would keep applying and following up with an email/phone call once per week to let them know you are serious and interested in the position.
While this can get frustrating, and you definitely should be also sending in other applications! Cover all your bases.
