UGH!!!
I am getting aggravated. When I get a list of job openings and apply for them, they are either no longer available or it does not even exist.

Hi Veronica, Yes – job listings are definitely inaccurate sometimes. It's most likely due to poor communication or random glitches. There are many points in the process where that communication can break down: A company might change priorities and can't offer the position anymore. The employer might forget to pull the job when it's been filled. The sites where the employer lists the job might be unaware of the change or late in taking it down. There could be a delay or malfunction due to technology. – etc. etc. – It is definitely not perfect and can be frustrating. If you feel like particular job listings don't seem to be leading you to the right place, I would suggest looking that job up on the employer's site to verify if it is really available. Most legit job listings should take you directly to the actual application process – whether it is the employer site or a third party application site. The important thing to realize is that you are not alone and your persistence and preparation will make a huge difference. Best of luck and let us know how it's going. Cheers, Matthew
