Customer Service Representative Spherion 2,048 reviews - Madison, WI 53713 $14 - $16 an hour - Full-time, Temporary Job Summary: You will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, email, chat from customers and potential customers for a new product design for our financial client located on the West Side of Madison. Their mission is to improve the financial well-being of millions of hard working Americans by developing innovative financial solutions that help individuals manage unexpected cash flow, bill payment and savings challenges.

After 1-2 months of being in the office and learning the products, you will have the option to work flexible hours from home!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, chat from customers and potential customers for a new product design. Focus is on customer service both before and after product sale (including potential claims handling). Must have prior call center and excellent customer service experience. Ability to navigate multiple screens. Assist the client services by reviewing emails, placing outbound calls, creating and updating excel spreadsheets, and providing general organizational assistance and providing daily feedback to development team on customer insights.

• A combined sales and service role but with a strong lean toward the service side of the business.

Working hours: Mon-Fri

Skills: Skills: MUST HAVE a Property and Casualty Insurance license OR be willing to obtain it during a 1 week training/test background in insurance is NOT required, but preferred very customer service oriented--they are not a goal/metric driven environment. The longer you have a consumer on the phone to figure out their needs the better you can assist them. Must be able to multi-task--You will be handling 15-20 open conversations at once either via email or phone. 50% email work, 50% phone work. Must be an independent worker

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
