I am getting frustrated

I currently live in Illinois, but I am wanting to move to Arizona. I have been applying to jobs out there, but they keep denying me. I do inform them in my cover letter I currently live in Illinois, but can do a phone interview whenever is convenient for them. Just give me a date and time I will be there for face to face interview. With me always getting denied a job I feel like I'm never going to move out there. I can't just move there with no money. I heard back from one job. They told me they have bad news and good news. They did hire another applicant, but, they think I sound talented, interesting and would be interested in talking to me if another position similar to what they has opens up. Although that made me feel a bit better, I'm still getting frustrated on not getting interviews over there. Besides me venting all this out. Should I continue to apply places over there, or should I stop for awhile? Also, how should I word I am in Illinois, but will come travel for the face to face interview? I am wondering if how I worded it is part of the reason for no interview.

When I had mentioned that is morons out there, 2 out 3 are among the worst. Phoenix hate people from other states (ill.,ca., Nevada). Mesa is Mormon town your believes is the problem there. Scottsdale they hate everyone, you do have a better chance inTucson.

Leave out the "in Illinois" part. If you can make it there for a face to face interview, then do so

Development Services Technician Lead

Hi Ashley, I was facing the same challenges trying to relocate to Arizona from Illinois. I finally quit my job in Illinois and moved to Arizona with no job. It took me two months to find employment but at an entry level position since I changed careers. Just stay prayerful and keep trying.

Please Ashley, do not get so frustrated that it hinders your plans. There's nothing we can do until each little plan come to past. I, myself, am destined for AZ. Recruiters and HR have scheduled interviews for me as I cannot meet with them yet. I had my visit there spring of this year. I know I will succeed because it's my earnest desire. First, I got to make money to do what has to be done to get there. Rid things I don't want. Transport auto and I certainly do not want to be in AZ mostly without. So I must continue doing in this state exactly what I have to do in AZ. I am true to it. It's going to work out. Everyday I am praying and imagining myself in AZ. Got to go, gotta go. Ashley, for you, have a plan, really want to succeed and You shall. My Best Wishes to You. You Will Prevail!!

I would keep applying to places .. and I think the wording is fine. There just afraid to hire somebody that’s not there in person.. I would keep trying And explain your situation to them . There is a job out there for you you just got to keep your head up and don’t give up

Dear Ashley: My name is Rabbi Jacob Feuerwerker, A semi retired Orthodox Rabbi, stuck here in suburban Cleveland OH; so I know your feelings about trying to get out of the rust belt. A; what are you skills? B; why do desire to move to AZ & where in AZ. My married baby sister & her 3 daughter have been on & off living there since 2001. C: have you ever thought of working with a staffing company? My last Job of slightly over 3.5 years duration was with a staffing company. While getting paid less than 50% of the normal scale for what I was doing, it was still well paid for a part time job. Doing that will give you a chance to see the area you may want to live in. If you are on Facebook; we can continue in a better setting via messenger there.
