During 8 years I worked as Senior Resident Manager at the Grosvenor Resort (1850 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, Florida ) The Grosvenor Resort was sold to Windam. With such job I was responsible for making all policy decisions to ensure the proper functioning and operation of the 626 rooms Resort in the absence of the Resort Manager. Functioning as a management representative for resolution of the guest concerns and or complaints and be sure that all employees were dressing according to the Disney procedures.
