Hey All, do anyone have any venting or anything they would like to get off their chest about their work day? or do you have any questions for me regarding jobs, resumes, interviews, anything? Im open to all questions.
I've been suspended 1 day's pay as a punishment for a mistake I didn't mean to make. We're overworked and understaffed - the load is so overwhelming that I'm making mistakes. I'm 61 and live alone. This one suspension will quite possibly affect me paying my rent for next month. I've never been suspended for anything in my life! This feels so personal - I feel like I have knife in my chest!

I can start! I've been stressing over the last few days about how to introduce hiring managers from companies and more career experts that can provide advice for our community. I worry that introducing these groups may change the dynamic of our community which is something that I take very seriously. That is what is keeping me at night right now
I’m so sorry. Some employers just don’t treat their employees properly. They seem very petty to suspend you for an honest mistake.
