I would say continue doing what you are doing now! Provide world class customer service. Keep a good rapport with your customers, your peers and management. Stay empathetic and sympathetic to customers needs. As far as relocation assistance, you may want to check with the company you are currently working for, for some assistance. Good luck young man

Listen carefully to the client in order to assist them effectively and help them witth the need they has. and if it is necessary to refer the case, return the call informing them about the status.
