Discrimination of age!!! I’m 56 years old I am a full charge book keeper for 20 years I was laid off of my position have interview and many companies they tell you will call you you sound like a great fit for the position you never get a phone call back or email very qualifying don’t understand why this is happening in this country country !!!!

I’m hoping that is not the case for you. Most companies are like that and I can’t explain it either but you keep trying something will come up for you. I wish you luck and will pray for you.
It's not so much the country as it is the employer. Not everyone will treat you that way and I am so sorry that they did. Make sure to showcase your skills and that your resume is current. Keep going Marta Valdes when one door closes more will open!
It is life,. Keep looking. Don't give up. It just means there is something better out there for you.
