They don't what's going on
I went to drop off my resume to human resources for a job that was at a job fair. I was giving the ladies name and when I went to drop my resume off she told me that was an internal job only. What a waste of my time!!!

I hate that! Especially when they advertise the job externally and it is filled internally. They should go through the internal process first and only go external if there are no suitable internal candidates!
