The right job??
I work all the time. Sometimes I have one job, and sometimes I have three. I have experienced all kinds of jobs. For example I have worked on oil rigs, in kitchens, as a carpenter, and so on. Some of those jobs were great. They challenge me, provided me with a steady income, and kept me active. My problem is not finding jobs. My problem is finding a job I am happy with keeping for a long time. Just wondering if anyone has any experiences or pointers that might help me focus my search?

Great question Alan Fremont . I think it a matter of weighing in all the Pro's of the job and taking into account the Con's you can live with. I don't think there's such as thing as 'a perfect job' but the 'right' job for me.
Jobs that offer excellent workplace cultural environments, benefits, schedule flexibility, but low pay (wages) might be the perfect job opportunities for some and nightmares for others.
Make a list of the your job/workplace essentials. Start of with the most important or 'Must Have's" and work your way down to the least important. Consider every aspect including job tasks, career growth opportunities, benefits, paid time off, workplace environment (indoor vs outdoor), etc. then see which job check off or come closest to meeting all of your most desirable essentials.
This should be enough to identify career options and point you in the right jobs direction. Good Luck!
