Why must my family suffer cause of others greed!!!
I dont know about all you other truckers out there but, seriously I can not find a Job where my employer isnt smothered in greed, what I'm speaking of is ya get hired by a reputable company in your area, mostly day cab stuff where ya home at night, and they show ya there pretty incentives program to keep ya inspections up and say that those who take good care of our equipment we notice this and you'll see that you'll go far in our company and so on and so forth, so ya work for em for 2 ta 3 weeks and suddenly ya fired cause your not making enough loads, WHAT?????? Ya dosnt matter that every single truck ya drove had to be put in the shop for multiple DOT violations before ya could start ya day, like broken leaf springs fifth wheel plate on trailer separating from trailer, flat tires, broken air bag control arms exc. I can keep going for days. But ya loads are also spaced out unlike everyone else's so there 8 ta 10 loads a day makes your 4 ta 5 loads a day look like crap work and they even gripe you out for putting so many teucks in the shop every morning before ya drive off. Ya think ya doing spectacular and still ya get fired WHY/WHY/WHY/WHY/WHY...........??????????????? GREED AND COORCMENT........&#^÷;@(◇¥☆♤○¡••¿》《《▪︎《▪︎》○¡•☆¡¡☆¡☆♤ pardon my french but I'm tired of it man I should not have ta choose between driving a piece of junk and risk getting my MVR damaged and keeping my job, or doing what's right and being fired for it. I been driving for 7 years now iv hauled heavy equipment in one the most busiest cities in the country for almost 2 years straight and I have a spotless MVR but yet my family does with out and I cant keep a job, oh hes a nit picker you dont want him. If I had the money I would start my own business and do this crap the right way but screw it man I'll never get to that lvl ok anyway have a safe day, and good luck. Wesley Oden

Gotta keep on trucking. Keep looking for a better company to work for. It may take a while but don't give up!

Get a lawyer and report company to OSHA, and DOT.

you could always report the employer to the relevant authorities. They likely need to spend less time staring at numbers behind a desk. That said, I would hesitate to generalize this disgruntlement with everyone who may end up being your future employer. They may well be more honest and personable, and these feelings may chafe a future relationship that need not be relevant. Whatever you do, make certain it's your decision. I would hate to have you feel as though anyone forced you to do anything.
