Management got angry with me when I joined local 1 as a shop Stuart management wanted me to have my employees work tell 10pm I told management why 8 pm was the best time because bus drivers get in at 4pm at the latest that gives our mechanic plenty of time to repair our buses to do mantancces on our busses. Management said no I stoped that we won we got off at 8pm.
