I have 20+ years experience in customer service both over the phone and in person. I genuinely like meeting new people and helping them in any way that I can. I have a great phone voice I’m excellent at defusing unpleasant confrontations. I am a hands on person I learn new programs in a timely manner and I am very quick to learn computer programs.
