I have ran a few bars and many restaurants that is my question to why is there sulfuric acid under the bar there should be no cleaning fluids under the bar if they're using the sulfuric acid as a cleaner through it and as for a during it as an adulterant that's against to health code. And keeping clean Foods on the bars also a violation of the health code cross-contamination at all think you may have a case here for an industrial that sounds like to me somebody don't know how to run their business

Ouch. That looks wicked painful... Sorry that happened to you.

I do have one question though: Why was there sulphuric acid kept under the bar? I looked up any connections between sulphuric acid and bartending and found that it's an old time-y adulteration ingredient for alcohols like gin and whisky. Every source I've been able to find so far has said you should never EVER drink sulphuric acid, which is why I'm concerned that you say it was under the bar (presumably with other drink mixing ingredients.)

I hope I'm wrong about this (maybe the acid was used for cleaning or some other purpose) because that means there are health risks across the board, to work there or to be a patron. I obviously don't have the full story here, but maybe you should do some research into why the acid was there in the first place. If your employer was doing something they weren't supposed to be doing with it, you could be able to build a solid case against them for your burns. I hope you're able to be fairly compensated for your pain.
