Working Poor

Employers get together and write up a wish list of skills, qualifications, and duties on the job description for everything and anything they want a new employee to do in that position but they never want to pay the proper salary to match the talent and responsibilities. I’ve had two potential job offers but the salaries being offered are $5000 - $7000 below average market pay for that job. I’m going to need a second job to cover monthly expenses and forget about savings. What’s up with that?

The job that I was working at in Flowood Ms the restaurant named izzos illegal Burrito it started off good at first when I first started I really didn't needed any training on that job and I was only there for just a month all I can say is that It was a lot of Hater's it wasn't the workers it was the general manager. That something that he didn't understand why they hired me for a month and they fired it wasn't any reason for them to do me like that. I feel that they wasn't trying to give me a chance or didn't liked me but if they think they did something by letting me go for nothing all they need to know is this I'm doing fine and still getting money. And like I always says one monkey don't stop no show.
