Arlene, I resided in Arkansas birth place of Wal-mart. We have several Dollar Tree locations all within 20 mile radius. Problem is they do not have training program and sales associates are responsible for everything. People do not stay with the job, quite a few times they are left alone in store, to cashier, stock shelf's, receive supplies, handling ordering and so forth. It's nearly impossible to handle it all alone. They do not hesitate to tell you if any gets stolen while you are working you no longer have a job.
