Your first thought might be ehhh, but Autozone is number one automotive parts industry and working there has been the most innovative job I have held in my 20 year work history working for 6 different companies Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Sears, and Kmart being 3 of them I have worked for in managent posistions. The focus on the customers being nothing but number one and holding a strict belief on cultural difference acceptance because of the wide customer base I have meet more people, have herd more encouraging stories and gained so many personal and career skills than any other place I mentioned I have worked for.
