This working environment is toxic especially with no managment or mature leadership. Currently where am working I asked to adjust my schudele due too my haveing to take public transportation which may result in me having to quit.The very young somewhat inexperience lead must have felt treatent. She spoke with a stress out manager and lied. He in turn spoke very harshly to me in sticking to the script which up to that point was not a problem ..Then the lead asked to speak to me the conversation went from we have done all we can with the schule we can not make any other adjust. From there she asked "Oh by the way did you tell someone that someone else have bad breath" huh! and I need you to know that some of the commits youve made about having to go to church have offende others and did you mention something about the blood of Jesus! Huh! As too the first statement childish! The second really she did not push but I relized it was all due to me stating I may have to quit due me not having transpotation. REALLY! Jobs like this loss good people due to inflexabilty,and mangers that have no clue as to how or what to keep people. Am Looking again!!!!!!
