After working for Clearwater paper for over 10 years two days before Christmas I was fired for not having my shirt button up they call me at home and had me come in and the day before and I asked hr should I bring my truck and get my tools and she said no I was on paid suspension then she called me to come in on the 22nd for a meeting it takes me an hour to drive there after the meeting as I was almost home I got another call from her saying I was terminated and when I asked about my personal belongings they told me they were going to cut my personal lock off my personal locker and ship me my things without my permission I say bullshit, in my 20years of being an electrician never have I been treated like this by an employer
So, did you get your belongings, have you found another job
Hubert I had nothing of there's in my locker they removed my things and and put them in a box stretch wrapped them on top of my tool box and had carrier van delivered it to my house
BRO IT sounds like that you had something they wanted in your locker and there's a reason why they let you go any business policy in their rules can not get in anyone's personal belongings unless they have the law to do it and if they did not have the law you have a lawsuit I would like to know more about this bro.
