Most definitely! I have been doing it for a year and before that a house manager. IM a CRSS-BHT and helping people in recovery is very satisfying! Sharing my story helps people understand that there is light at the end of the tunnel! Support, care and understanding, giving the member that little push then seeing them succeed is very rewording. I'm currently looking for a new job but I'm sure I will find something to offer my strength hope.
