I was laid off this year but unfortunately I can’t afford to retire right now. Job hunting at my age is leading nowhere. I’m experiences in all levels of production including machine operation, equipment repair, workforce operations planning, and quality control. I’ve read some comments here about freelancing but I don’t know how I can get started in my industry or if this is an affordable and realistic venture in my industry. Any suggestions.
