Why online job hunting harassment?

I have been job searching online, as it seems the only option today. I have had unwarranted harassment and calls from people I have noticed are spammers, obtaining my personal information from job searches! It seems so unfair. I'm such a hard worker and extremely talented but that all seems so lost in translation online. How can I cope in the internet saturated job hunting market without being a target?

It's simple if you get phone calls from agencies or colleges that you don't want, block the number. Use only reliable sites (i.e., LinkedIn, indeed, master, etc.) Make sure that if it strategy to ask you if you want to learn more about certain in Dustin's more than likely you are going to get spammed. As far as emails if you find out it's spam, Mark it as such and you won't be bothered again. I don't even open my spam or junk files just delete them everyday. Use employment agencies as well. Let them do the work for you. If they are reliable and see you are struggling they will help you rewrite your cover letter and resume. Check out the latest versions on your Web service provider for cover letters and resumes too. Bottom line the simpler you make it for them to blaze through your resume the faster you'll get responses. Good luck.

In the meantime, I'm in "sales purgatory " with major leadership and management skills! Working for barely above minimum wage for an extremely unstable company while enduring an abusive coworker and unstable owner. It gets better, right?

its happen to me as well. I think we should move in a secure site and without proper email or notification we should not reply to them
