Racism in hiring

I am one to believe and know that racism is still prevalent in the United States and in particular in the hiring process in both private sector and government jobs. The black male is the least desirable candidate when a selection process is conducted, regardless of educational background, military service, experience, skill level and overall competence. The black male will be looked over in a deliberate attempt to "keep it white". South Florida has the most racist and blatant hiring standards in the country. Companies know by statistical research that the least likely individuals who are bi-lingual are black men, and in south Florida, this hiring barrier has been placed to keep black men out of their companies. And they aren't jobs that typically have a consumer base that is Hispanic whereas the company may need a Hispanic or bi-lingual person to deal with that portion of their clientele; They now have bi-lingual requirements for jobs that don't even require much rhetoric, for example forklift operator, crane operator, construction worker, customer service representative, and bank teller. When was being bi-lingual a requirement to operating a forklift a true entity. Besides, this is America and the language here is English, not Spanish, not french, and bi lingual required is another blatant smack dab in your face statement of racism. There is also a rash of coonism on jobs that hire black women. A lot of black women throw their black male co-workers underneath the bus, and step and fetch it for their white or Anglo-Saxon bosses. It's another blatant element of racism.
