Hi Debra, If your already applied online then use your email and original password created to login to your online account manager through the company website (https://jobs.kroger.com/). From your account manager you can view if you have any pending assessments to complete your application process. Contact the Kroger Corp. office number 1-866-221-4141 if experience any other problems. If you have an opportunity, visit the store personally for better results. Good Luck
