Today's interviews are a waste of the employers money and time. Telephone interview, 1st face to face interview, followed by 2nd and 3rd interviews. Total Stupidity. And the questions so mindless. Back in the day the company would call you in for an interview. Ask you questions relevant to the job and the company. Now they ask about diversity, it's insane. Back then you would get the job and work there for seven years. Now they ask irrelevant questions that make no sense. And of course you never get hired.
