What are some good questions to ask at the end of the interview?

I know I'll have to come up with some job-specific questions, but are there any good general ones to ask?

Hi Bennett, Personally I like when candidates ask "what do you think it takes to be successful here, or in this role?" or something like that. It shows they are interested in helping us lead and from a candidate perspective it gives you a great chance to make sure I am thinking about you - the candidate - in there right way. For example, if I say I really think you need to be a good problem solver then you can say how that is one of the things that attracted you to this position because x,y,z... Also - If the hiring manager answers with something nutty - then you can identify its not a fit for you.
Good question - look forward to what others think...
